Variable recording sampling frequency -- from 22 kHz, 16-bit, all the way up to 96 kHz, 24-bit. A built-in SD card slot supports memory cards up to 16 GB in SDHC format.          Review : Does not pickup much handling noise like some units do. The SD cover rattles but otherwise it works.
